Lots of growth
Over the past 6-8 months, Carson has sprouted in height, and his appetite has significantly increased. He used to be the slowest eater by far, but now he wolfs down his food so quickly that he’s going for seconds before anyone else has finished.
In addition, Carson’s voice has gotten deeper, and his nose is bigger.

Carson got braces in December 2024, and he hopefully will have them removed this year. He will end up wearing braces longer than Braden did (Braden has them from October 2023 to January 2025).

It’s not uncommon for the boys to head downstairs by themselves to play video games. However, it has been a pleasant surprise to go down and see Carson exercising in our weight room. He lifts weights using routines he found on YouTube, and sometimes he walks on the treadmill using a weighted vest.
Braden never seemed interested in lifting, but it’s funny that when his friends come over, they often use the weight room. Also of note, both Braden and Carson went to the 6:45 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday weight-lifting sessions at school in the spring (Braden drove).
